I would not hesitate to use them again for any property related transaction. - Vanessa Karamath - Evictions - I am in the process of evicting my troublesome tenant following the NB5 Claim for property via accelerated procedure) (assured shorthold tenancy). This process is everything but ACCELEARATED. It has taken 6 months so far and yet no sign of getting the possession of my property. the reason being the courts are very finicky in how you fill the forms. Every bit of information on the form has to be correct else the judge just rejects it and adds time to the eviction process. In exasperation, I contacted Kamlesh Padhra as to how to fill a particular section on NB5 form. Kamlesh took time and effort to go through the details I had entered on the form and guided me with the bits of sections I was stuck on. I am very grateful for the help & assistance he has given me over the phone.
