Coming from a family background of property, I was somewhat familiar with the overall process of buying, selling, renting & development. One issue which triggered me was the services provided from the period of the late 90's moving into the new century. I felt estate agents never progressed into the new age of the digital era. Hence, why I felt the need to Innovate. Together with my fellow co-founder, we established a plan and with sheer determination we are now market leaders in the areas we cover.
We also have invested in property development in the local region and work closely with local authorities, in regards to the housing-crisis our region faces. I believe the experience of this puts us directly in the shoes of any vendor or landlord. We know what is required to run efficiently & effectively. We have relayed these work ethics into our team, who now have combined experience of over 60 years.
During the day-to-day running at Innovate, I partake in general management along with training members of staff to excel their own expectations. We pride ourselves on running a very efficient operation, and I'm a firm believer in three core principles, which we instil in our whole team; Progression, Organisation & Pro-activeness. I'm also from a legal background, which is incredibly helpful in our profession.
In my spare time, when not busy with the Innovate family, I enjoy reading, travelling and general fitness.
