    Dave Roberts - Managing Director
    Being St Helens born and raised, I was extremely proud to be able to take over the ownership of JB&B Leach early in 2020 and it is a privilege to maintain and continue the trusted reputation that the business has within the town. My career has included working in the NHS, and within some large multinational IT companies taking me all over the world, but it is only in the last 20 years that I have developed the passion for property that has resulted in me owning and operating a number of property businesses and bringing me back to my home town. Outside of business, my wife Karen and I have three grown up children, two of which work within our businesses and I'm a keen cyclist and member of St Helens Cycle Racing Club.

    I joined JB&B Leach in 2016 when the lettings department was created, having spent a couple of years with a corporate team learning the ropes, I made the transition to an Independent Estate Agents and have thoroughly enjoyed building the business up and have gone from strength to strength. I decided at 50 it was time for a career change - after 30years working in the hotel industry I needed a new challenge. I love the fact every day is different and someone is always ready to throw a curve ball at you with a new challenge! Love the diversity of clients and characters that we deal with. On a personal note I have 3 mad mutts who like nothing more than a walk on the beach, followed by coffee & treats! I also enjoy watching a good drama on the tele and you will always find me with a crochet hook in hand and maybe the odd glass of cider or two!
