I first heard about Jackson and co when I was selling a property and was dealing with another estate agent, who I was not very satisfied with. Then Joe of Jackson and Co put a card through the door offering his services. I decided to give him a ring and check him out, this was the best decision I ever made. Joe has been absolutely fantastic, he helped to negotiate the difficult path to selling a property. He gets very personally involved so you don't feel like your own your own, like some other estate agents. He is always available at the end of the phone to iron out any issues. 5* Service from start to finish. Our experience with Jackson & Co has been slightly different than we expected after viewing a house which we had loved, but had recently been taken off the market. When I called, Joe, who was overseeing the sale of the property, was so helpful and friendly which started the whole process off in a positive way. We absolutely fell in love with the house, and put an offer in which was accepted shortly after. Throughout the negotiation stage and the early stages of conveyancing, Joe spent a lot of time ensuring that everything was completed in a timely manner and always kept us updated. Over the last couple of months, we have felt so relaxed and at ease with the help of Jackson & Co and feel they have gone above and beyond to make sure this tremendously stressful time, has been as seamless as possible. I am thrilled that we have been able to buy a property through Jackson & Co as without them, I feel that we would've experienced much more delays and issues along the way, which both Joe and Jade have been able to iron out very quickly. Most estate agents are certainly not as involved or on top of situations as they have been, which is why the process has been so easy.
