I have been a client of Joscelyne Chase for a number if years . I have a rental property which the company manages for me. I work so having a link between myself and my tenant has been invaluable.They have always been prompt in identifying and relaying any issues the tenant highlights. They have a contractor list and are prompt in arranging visits with the tenant to undertake any work required. If I choose an alternative contractor they are happy to liaise with them . They keep me informed throughout the process.The management team are professional and prompt in dealing with any queries I have .I highly recommend their services.As I said they have been invaluable

In all the years that your firm has looked after our property you have acted very professionally. The only time that I have contact with you is with monthly rental statements, rental inspections, whenever anything needs fixing in the property which is dealt with promptly and whenever the rental comes up for renewal. Whilst we have owned the property we are very fortunate in having had one long term tenant who has looked after the property.
