We were a little reluctant to use Jukes at first. We hadn't really heard of them until we wanted to view a house they were selling. They allowed us to view as we were about to put ours on the market. I was extremely doubtful that the way they sell with no agency fees would work. However, after my sale had fallen through twice before with another agent, out of desperation I suppose, I thought I would give Lee & Geoff a chance. I am so glad I did! They sold it within 3 weeks, sold it for £1,000 more than it had sold for before and they took a fee from the buyer and they DIDN'T pull out! I got the full £333,500 on completion! It really does work.
