Writing from the buyers side of things, rather than the sellers, I can wholeheartedly say that Julie is a great estate agent (even though technically she wasn't working for us!). She was incredibly helpful, gave us sufficient time to look around the property without making us feel pressurised, and overall helped to make it a very positive experience. She is very warm and friendly without being 'too much', and it felt like she was genuinely interested in us being able to find the right house for us. Once we had put in our offer, she was very good at pro-actively keeping in touch to give us updates so we knew what stage the process was at, and chasing and liaising with solicitors to speed things along where necessary.
