It was a pleasure dealing with Kendricks and Dan who was happy to help. At times a bit frustrating during the sell , please be rest assured this was thru not fault on the part of Dan or Kendricks. Also thanks to Charlie and Paul whom I spoke with a few times to.

I used Kendrick property services on the sale of our flat in Brighton, both Paul and Dan were fantastic from beginning to end. It wasn't the most straightforward sale and yet they got everything sorted for me. I subsequently asked them to find a new property for me and they came up trumps again. Kendricks really do behave with integrity and are very clear and honest. They were incredibly helpful and very supportive throughout the sale of our property, despite the numerous problems (which were not down to Kendricks). I felt they did everything they could at each point in the process to try and move things along and achieve the best result for all involved. I was so impressed and reassured by them all.

Having phoned around local estate agents we chose Kendricks came across as honest and enthusiastic as well as having dealt with the most recent property sale in the street. Paul came and viewed our apartment arranged for photography and had a firm purchaser within 24 hours. From this point onward we had good support from all the team at Kendricks and also they were able to turn on heating for frost protection and read the meters before completion as we live nearly 200 miles from Brighton.All this for the most competitive fee in Brighton. The only negative comment I could make is if Kendricks advised the purchaser on choice of solicitors then perhaps they ought to amend their list of recommended law firms. This firm has allayed to some extent my distrust of estate agents!!

We purchased our family house through Kendrick, during the process we struggled to sell our flat with other agents, we asked Kendricks if they could help and within a week they had found a buyer and got us our asking price. The process of selling and buying was made easy with Kendrick. All of the staff were upfront, honest, friendly and the lines of communication were excellent. We couldn't have been more impressed and will definitely use Kendricks in the future.

Dan was brilliant from start to finish and was always around when we needed to speak to him, or he'd call us back. He hurried along the sell off his own back and kept us informed every step of the way. Any questions we had he was very willing to answer and made us feel like he knew what he was talking about. He was apologetic if he hadn't emailed us straight away and seemed eager to help all the time. He always followed through on our requests and this is the best experience we have had with an estate agent.

Over the years I've dealt with a lot of estate agents. I thought they were all the same, pushy and out to get as much as they could from you. That is until I meant Dan and Paul. I recently bought a house through them and they did everything they could so we could secure the house. They have completed every request I ever asked and even though there seller was the last in the chain they were the 1st that was ready to exchange.If I ever sell my house I will be going straight to Kendrick's as I know they have a conscience and aren't out to rip people off. It was great dealing with you both and thank you for all your help!

Kendricks went above and beyond in our sale and purchase. They went above and beyond, even when the chain looked tricky, rebuilding it and keeping everything on track. Unlike many other estate agents, they build a reputation for honesty and straight dealing. I trusted them to do the right thing.

I have been using Kendrick Property Services for 3 years now. They have always been friendly and helpful and also successful. In my first year I was looking to rent out my 6 bed student HMO house and only had one month to find 6 tenants. After 3 weeks they had signed a group of 6 students up for the year and they moved in just 2 weeks later. Each year since, they have always found me suitable tenants in good time. They are happy to answer my questions and deal with the tenant checks and credit checks. I highly recommend them and thank them for their past service to me!

Really great customer service! As a tenant I feel that the ladies at Kendrick's have always listened to my concerns and have dealt with any issues promptly.
