COVID-19 Property Marketing Plan

    Following the Government's announcement to move to step 4 of their COVID plan, we are taking the view to "err on the side of caution" to make this a transitional step to ensure we help stop the spread of COVID. As such we will continue to wear masks on appointments and use hand sanitiser before all appointments and ask you to do the same, we will supply masks and the hand sanitiser if you do not have your own. We are constantly monitoring the COVID case levels during "Step 4" so we can relax safety measures in line with reduced COVID levels.

    When visiting our branches, we will still have the protective screens on each desk and we will continue to have our hand sanitiser dispensers at each door which we ask you to use upon entry. During this initial stage we ask that you wear a mask when attending our branches.

    • We have a supply of disposable masks for all team members and people viewing our properties as well as other face to face meetings we are involved in.

    • We have a regular deep clean in each office and surfaces and door handles are sanitised a number of times a day.

    • We ask a couple of COVID related questions before we can confirm an appointment which involves a face to face meeting.

    Once you have decided you would like to make an offer on a property speak to us and we will present your offer to the seller.
