    Welcome to Keyhole Estates, my name's Tara and I have over 15 years' experience in Estate Agency, working at some of Yorkshire's leading Estate Agents.

    Starting in my home town of Harrogate, I worked for several well-known companies, initially as a Negotiator, working my way up to be a Branch Manager/Valuer.

    I moved to Bridlington to help fulfil my late fathers dream of spending his retirement by the sea. I have loved every minute of my time here and in the following years, I managed to both re-establish myself as an estate agent with a leading local firm and settled down, marrying a local man!

    I have, over the last few years, got to know the Bridlington area's property market very well and I pride myself on being both innovative and proactive in the marketing of clients properties.

    I have a reputation for being a strong and efficient negotiator and have a good instinct for 'sniffing out' genuine buyers thereby saving my clients time and energy with wasted or pointless viewings.

    Coming back to the present, Keyhole Estates is the realisation of my dream - to run my own estate agency - which I am doing in conjunction with leading East Yorkshire financial services provider, the ICF Group (Financial Services) Ltd.

    ICF is the new name for independent financial advice in Bridlington, having in recent years acquired the financial services business of Lloyd Dowson Accountants and more recently, Alan Bell Mortgages on Flamborough Road, with whom Keyhole Estates share their office.

    The relationship between us works very well as it means that we are able to offer a full package of : estate agency, independent mortgage advice , as well as advice on both the insuring of your property and the protection of your mortgage in the event of death or serious illness. This should make life easy for busy people who are looking for a friendly and personal streamlined service.

    I do try to have a life outside of the firm though and in what spare time I have, I like to spend it with my family. I am very proud to have overcome my fear of heights in 2015 to do a charity parachute jump for Leukeamia and Cancer care at GB Skydive Bridlington Grindale and continuing this theme, I am going to be wing walking for my next charity event!
