From our first meeting with Scott it was evident that he knew the area well and the business of selling houses but above all, he cares about the people and the journey they are taking. He and Emily have looked after us from day one and reassured us through this stressful time. They have kept us updated with progress all the way through and beyond in fact, as we have completed on our sale but our purchase is a little behind and Scott is still keeping in touch even though his part of the process is completed. Moved into our place not long ago, but Emily has been absolutely lovely and very helpful in our move. She's been readily available every time there is an issue or question and talked us through the process to make sure we are well informed. Our entire signing process was done quickly. She was flexible on move in times to meet us and also helpful in keeping in touch with the landlord.Having dealt with quite a few agents in the past, I can definitely say this has been the most pleasant experience so far.
