We try our best to keep void periods at a minimum but if they do arise we will arrange and supervise any maintenance work required free of charge.We have been approved and authorised by UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents), The Property Redress Scheme, Let Alliance (who provide our Client Money Protection) and Mydeposits (Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd).
