      Jamie-Leigh and her team (Lucy Sutherland, Alexandra Crocker etc.) were exceptional in liaising with the legal team and the constructors of the new-build, high value house. Their in-depth knowledge of the neighbourhood and restrictions, and regulatory knowledge in particular, was a welcome surprise, given that every single other agent I have ever dealt with was only ever concerned about the sale (and that is usually all the agent knows, which is why it has a difficult reputation to cast off).

      On the last point, I was so impressed that I would only use Jamie-Leigh if it's possible, rather than any other agency.

      They were not simply concerned with the bottom line and the fee. They were also very sensitive to the client, who had lost her husband in recent years and was otherwise vulnerable. This was not lost on the client or the legal & accounts team.
