Knight Frank Harrogate Team
  • Introduction

    Knight Frank has over 35 years' experience in the Yorkshire residential property market. The Harrogate office opened in 2005 and specialises in all areas of the property market. From farms and agricultural estates, country houses, manor houses, townhouses, village houses and cottages and rural property alike.

    The office is headed up by Daniel Rigg and Harlan Pollitt. As Harrogate locals, they have spent most of their lives living in the town and surrounding areas, Daniel has extensive local knowledge and has built up a network of strong relationships over the years and Harlan has both commercial and residential experience spanning over 10 years and is a chartered surveyor.

    They are both extremely passionate about their home town and Yorkshire in general and feel a great sense of pride heading up the Harrogate office. The Harrogate office has a reputation for being hardworking and trustworthy with the intent on achieving the best possible outcome for their clients.

    The office is supported by Fiona Lippell who manages customer care to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, together with the dedicated team of viewing staff and professionals.

    The team in Harrogate are closely supported by our Country House Department in Baker Street, in particular, Edward Welton, who help ensure our properties are marketed to the widest possible audience.
