Sold in 3 days when 2 other estate agents had it for 8 months! Should have gone with Knights to begin with as was suggested to us ¿ so professional and a much better quality of service! ¿

I have found Knight West estate agents to completely change my views of the stereotypical agent, they have acted professionally and passionately with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude towards the property market. After dealing with many Estate Agents over the past couple of years I think I have finally found one that breaks the mould. Knight West have worked tirelessly to ensure that the deal was done and to deliver a win/win outcome for all parties. We experienced many obstacles buying our current property and selling our Mother-in-Laws home. Knight West were the keystone in ensuring the sales went through and even applied pressure to other agents and solicitors to ensure the deal stayed on the table. When we were at rock bottom and it looked like the sales were going to collapse, Knight West were pivotal in picking all parties up and re-energising the situation. They offered advice and guidance throughout and always called back when they stated they would, they delivered on their promises. This reference may sound like a general recommendation however what makes this one different is that they were not our agents, they were in fact the agents of our Vendors. They delivered above and beyond for all parties and I can't recommend them highly enough, if we ever decide to move they will be our first choice and the name that I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, dedicated Estate Agent. The first thing that struck us about Knight West was their energetic and enthusiastic attitude regarding selling our property, after it had been on the market with another well known estate agent for quite a few months with no results. We felt from the beginning that Knight Wests went out and found buyers for us and didn't just wait for people to ring in to the office after seeing the Rightmove advert, a very refreshing approach! We immediately started to get three times more viewings than with the first agency and we sold a couple of weeks later. Knight Wests accompanied each prospective buyer at viewings and ensured that all the features of the property were highlighted, which was very different from the first agency who just walked people around, with us trying to chip in with a few positive remarks to prompt some interest! We also found that each time we phoned Knights, no matter who we spoke to, they could either answer our question or would call back promptly with an update. At all times they have been helpful, positive and professional and we would sincerely recommend them to anyone. Do not be fooled by the national estate agents that promise they will sell your house, we found they did not and the whole experience was worse than terrible. However after we were released from this terrible national estate agent, Knight West took on our property and we can truly say the whole service, photos, description, quickly marketing, dealing with viewings, Knight West secured a buyer from marketing within 2 weeks and went on to ensure the sale went through seamlessly. We recently sold a property through Knight West and were very pleased with the service, from the initial consultation through to the completion of the sale. A considerable number of viewings were arranged and suitable offers were soon received. Following the acceptance of an offer, Knight West provided regular weekly updates through to the exchange of contracts and completion of the sale. We were particularly impressed with the enthusiasm and courteous nature of the staff special mention to Sammy, and the ease of being able to always speak to someone. We would have no hesitation in appointing Knight West again.

We have been very impressed with the service provided by Knight West. Everybody that we have had dealings with has been very helpful and thorough. Matt was the initial person we spoke to and he valued our property and took the photos. He was very polite and respectful. Lewis and Josh helped arrange viewings and negotiations and they were both very organised and informative. Then lastly Sammy helped us get through to exchange and completion. She was very honest and up front with what was happening and would keep to her word and keep us updated on the agreed day each week. The day before we actually exchanged she was really trying her hardest to push everything through so we could exchange that day but it didn't quite happen. Sammy was on annual leave the following day but it still didn't stop her from emailing all the solicitors/Estate agents involved first thing in the morning to get things moving even though she was on annual leave and it worked because we finally exchanged that day. Whoever said house moving was stressful wasn't wrong ! I went through every emotion re the sale of my home and the purchase of another ( purchase not through KnightWest) With every downward spiral , Sammy was always there with positivity even when I couldn't see a positive, which always settled my nerves and gave me hope . Knight west sold our house in the summer this year, they were extremely professional and helpful. Although Knight West were not our estate agent, they were our sellers estate agent, we found all team members to be approachable and they were always happy to help. In fact, we felt that our contacts at KW (Josh and a special mention to Sammy) were the ones who kept driving the chain forward to a point where we were able to exchange and complete. We had a particularly complex and difficult chain, with one part of the chain being told not to disclose certain pieces of information. It was only because of Sammy doing some digging that we were able to find out the full truth of what was happening with our chain, and once everyone was aware, she was key in getting everything moving forward. We would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Sammy - she kept us sane, listened to our moans, probably got a little fed up with this chain and was happy to see the end of it, but was always professional and it never felt that we were contacting her too much! I had to sell a house in Colchester as part of dealing with the affairs of a relative following a bereavement. Living over 100 miles away choosing the Estate Agent was important decision. Over one day we had 3 different agents round and Knight West stood out as offering an efficient yet modern approach. We were kept updated right from the start - from viewing bookings, through the offer and right to the final completion.
