Faye has been absolutely outstanding, she is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Faye has gone above and beyond daily, dealing with a long chain and a few horrendous solicitors, alongside my constant emails and calls, she's worked tirelessly to solve problems whilst also keeping us calm. From start to finish.Not only did they find me the perfect buyer, and it was sold on the first viewing, they also negotiated the sale price to perfection. The sales progression was handled by Faye meticulously and she literally worked all hours to get things done. Practically did all the solicitors work for them. Chasing up the chain and keeping myself and my buyer fully informed. I'm a mortgage broker so I know how all of this works and without Faye's continuous daily efforts, the whole chain could have easily fallen apart due to the deadlines set by the developer I was buying from.They even found us removals when I couldn't.I will always recommend them to all of my clients and honestly they were pivotal in my move. Everything about this company gets a 5 star rating from us. We have had one of the hardest journeys in selling our property, but are so glad we chose Knight to be the agent working on our behalf. They were fair with the valuation, got excited and showed enthusiasm with the property, which in turn gave us the confidence in them being able to sell it. Communication was amazing from all staff and we were kept up to date weekly with the sales progression. We have experienced communication issues with previous agents with calls/emails not being returned. Knight always answered right away or if someone was unavailable returned the call shortly after. Moving home can be such an emotional and stressful experience and dealing with estate agents is often unpredictable and extremely worrying, but not with Knights!!!! Matt came to see us and in his relaxed and reassuring way we felt comfortable discussing our needs and showing him our house, his ' we will sell this for you', his valuation was spot on and we felt really positive, David came and took the photographs, again will great encouragement and enthusiasm that they will sell our house and the photos were amazing too, Faye always gave us great reassurance and guidance, nothing was too much trouble, and all questions answered professionally. Knight Residential were really good to deal with. Matt who came around to discuss the sale of my home was very amiable and assured me there would be no issues selling my home. He was always on hand to speak with regarding any questions I had throughout the sale.
