Thomas Wallis Rented houses for over 12 years. Been with Kristian for nearly four years and moved house in that time to another Kristian Allan house. Best agents you could wish for. Always been looked after. Can't say there's ever been a problem even with repairs. Damage due to weather etc. I would never wish to look for renting elsewhere! Kristian himself is great and so are Lisa all his staff.

Carran Parkhouse I have been very impressed with the service and the knowledge of the team at Kristian Allen. I have been a landlord for many years and I am always impressed when someone can teach me something, which is exactly what Kristian was able to do. Lisa managed the letting and I was able to move a tenant in and out without a gap in rental income. The rent was slightly increased, and the welcome pack for the new tenant a lovely touch. I had a few idiosyncrasies, and this was no problem for the team who met every request I made. Sometimes you have a good "business owner" and they come out sell the service to you and you never see them again, this is a team that is exceptional across the board, I will be in touch as soon as my next tenant gives notice. Stephen Higham Was recommended to instruct Kristian Allan to sell my house for me, even though my house is in Salford. Well I wasn't disappointed, Paul from their sales team came out the next day after I made my first enquires, gave me lots of advice, took the photos and other details of my property and the following day it was up for sale on all the major sites. The for sale sign went up on that day too. Just over a week later and having had 10 viewings in a week, my house has been sold for the price I wanted.
