Our brochures are all designed so show your home to its best advantage and to catch the eyes of buyers. All materials produced by us to market your home will have a high quality professional finish. However, while we are here to help and advise you, we believe you should ultimately dictate what you want for your property. As such, all of our brochures can be customised to suit your wishes. Whichever the style you choose, you can have large colour photos, full room descriptions, measurements, floor plans and our now legendary quirky descriptions, which make our pages a must read for many locals! These will be displayed to their full advantage in the window of our office.
Matching Buyers to Your Property
We make sure all our suitable buyers are sent your property's particulars as soon as you come on to the market, by email, internet, or post to buyers registered with us. In addition we stay in regular contact with our buyers and send them frequent e-newsletters discussing new properties.
For Sale Board
With your consent we would erect one of our infamous Pink characterised 'For Sale' boards at your home. Research has shown that 80% of buyers drive around the areas they like looking for boards to identify potentially suitable properties and we wouldn't want you to miss out on these opportunities. However, we understand that some people may be concerned about inconvenient intrusions resulting from a sales board so should you wish, we can add a 'viewing by appointment only' card ensuring any enquiries are handled by our team, leaving you worry-free.
Viewings
We make the effort to validate all of our potential buyers as thoroughly as possible so that we can assess their motivation and ability to purchase your home. This means our efforts are focussed on the people most likely to make realistic buyers for your property. On the day of the viewing we will send a text message to the viewers to remind them of the time and location of their viewing to minimise the chances of a no show. Should you wish, and by prior arrangement, a member of our sales team can accompany the viewing. Every viewing will be followed up swiftly to enable us to secure an offer or offer constructive feedback to maximise your chances for next time. We will inform you if we are unable to contact your viewer for any reason.

Photos are the most important tool in selling property and we insist that nothing but the best will do. For this reason, we don't take our own photographs we have a local photographer who does this for us.

That's why we market your property on the most prominent web portals and you can follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we do a pre launch on each of our properties before we fully market.
Offers
Once an offer is generated from our viewing follow up procedure we will inform you by telephone as soon as possible. We will then deal with all of the ensuing negotiations to maximise the price you get for your property. Any and all offers will be put to you in writing in accordance with the law and for your records. Once a sale is agreed, we will update you weekly as to the progress of the sale, right up to exchange of contracts, keeping you informed every step of the way.
