Not only do we deal with Sales of Residential Houses we also deal with the Sales & Lettings of Commercial Premises, Land Valuations and Sales, we are also Letting Agents, Chartered Surveyors & Valuers (specialising in Probate Valuations, matrimonial Valuations etc), and Domestic Energy Assessors. We have a large portfolio of properties that we manage on behalf of our valued Landlords. Our Lettings Department has been developed and expanded over the years and we are very committed to protecting our Landlords and offering the best possible service to our Landlords and their Tenants. We are members of RICS and offer a range of chartered surveyors services from House Valuation Purchase Reports to RICS Home Buyer Reports. We are also qualified in carrying out Domestic Energy Assessment Reports in order to produce the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), which are essential whether you are buying or letting your home. -
