The level of communication was excellent throughout. Stacey was fantastic-always quick to return my calls if she was in a meeting or out on a visit, and consistently helpful and professional. Gary, the branch manager, visited my home for the valuation and provided valuable advice that helped me make an informed decision. Once I instructed them to proceed with the sale, he personally took high-quality photographs to ensure the house was marketed effectively. Stacey did an amazing job showing the property to potential buyers. She was always happy to assist, answering any questions from both sides. Lawlers have been fabulous!
