  Jennie is a dream to work with. She has helped me to let out 4 properties around Aylesbury in the last a few months. She has profound local knowledge and always predict the right rent price for the current market. Properties were rented out within a couple of weeks. Jennie has got this 'can do' attitude which I appreciate a lot. She has never presented me a problem without multiple solutions. She is also knowledgeable about property maintenance, and her contacts in trade are very valuable. And she doesn't know, she will do her research and come back to you. When I want to do some work but don't know the right tradesman, Jennie is the first person I would turn to. Best of all, she knows that I manage my own properties, so all these extra services are free of charge!Jennie is very accessible. Most of the time the phone calls are picked up instantly, messages are replied within minutes and emails are responded within a couple of hours.I have been a landlord for quite a few years and I I have worked with many big names in real estate industry.   First encounter with Layco was to pop my head around the door to say I had a property that I wanted to rent out. I wasn't ready at that time but wanted to get an idea of independent letting agents costs-v-larger corporate companies. Layco were competitive with fees, Jennifer & Declen put themselves out with trade contacts, even though they had no guarantee of my business. I went back to them when a Ukrainian family needed a place to call home. Declen & Jennifer helped get everything in place to make this happen at speed.
