I have always found all the staff in the Cheltenham branch of Leaders to be efficient, caring and very helpful. Their approach makes me feel as if I am their most important client. I know I can trust them to give me frequent updates about my rental property they manage for me, which is vital to my peace of mind as I do not live in the UK. Friday afternoon, I experienced a heating and water breakdown. Within 1 hour of calling the office, a plumber had called and diagnosed the issue to be electrical. The plumber called the office and an electrician was asked to visit. This resulted a a very quick fix, all without any fuss. This is exactly the service you expect when leasing, totally professional.
