I would like to send a review regarding Cathy from your East Grinstead Branch. She is the lady who did the final check on our tenant and the house and was brilliant. As we live overseas, it was difficult for us to manage the process in particular dealing with utility providers. Although she didn't have to, she went the extra mile and offered to liaise with the providers to transfer the utilities and kept us informed throughout.
