The whole experience of renting was made so easy by Sephie who I dealt with. She was both really pleasant to deal with and very professional which made the whole experience so easy. I have rented over the last 8 years moving 5 times in that period, so have a fair experience of letting agents - this was by far, head and shoulders above any of the others. For example a small touch like labelling keys maks a huge difference. Other letting agents take note - you don\'t need a bunch of wide boys out to make a deal, just a good professional and pleasant team who understand how stressful moving house can be.
