Professional from start to finish.Agency photographer arrived as promised on the sunniest day of the week. Photos and video taken by him where just amazing. House looked lovely. They found us a buyer just on a first open day. We sold the house literally in just a few days for £10k more than expected. I have bought and sold a number of properties in my time, and was recently preparing to sell my lovely home, so was looking for a rarity, a good agent. I started by looking up agents that had won Best Agent awards, sadly I was just out of area for the nearest one but they recommended I speak to Jon at Lennon James. Having looked up the website (then under construction) and what little information I could find about it, I felt it was too new and too much of a wild card for me, and went about interviewing 5 of the local Estate Agents firms in Ely to see who I felt inspired to work with and would do a good job managing my sale. I did a happy dance! Jon came and valued my property and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and wise in his valuation and unique approach. Just seeing the exceptional marketing of the properties they've been working with and how fast they're finding buyers in what's labelled as a difficult Brexit market, is frankly inspiring.My circumstances have changed so I am no longer moving for the time being, but if/when I do Jon is the only agent I want to work with. So I'm very happy to recommend him and the agency to anyone looking to sell. He's definitely worth the call, and I believe you'll find yourself with an agent who actually earns their commission, who is knowledgeable and committed to making moving as stress free and smooth as possible and will get you the best price for your property.
