We go to extra effort to make sure that your property is clicked on by as many potential tenants as possible. As an extra bonus we offer upgraded listings for our landlords so that your property can be either a Premium Listing or a Featured Property. This means that you will find your property at the top, or as a larger listing within public search results.

    • Floorplans - We have just invested in new software so that we are now able to provide floorplans for potential tenants whilst they look at your house on the internet. According to a recent survey by RightMove, floorplans can make tenants 30% more likely to make an inquiry into a property.

    • No Extra Fees on Contractors Invoices - If something goes wrong with your rental property, the contractors bills can be expensive enough without your letting agent taking a commission on top. We don't believe in this practice and therefore £100 of plumbing works on your house costs you the landlord, £100.
