      David Mear, Head of Lettings
      I was born and raised in Surrey and, after gaining a Diploma in Business and Finance at the University of Central England, the early part of my career was in Area and Regional sales roles for non-property related businesses. A change of path took me to live in Spain where I fell into property sales and lettings. Soon after I set up my own lettings agent over there which I owned for 10 years before I sold it in 2013 to make the move to Yorkshire. That company is still letting property in the sun today! Recruited by Will Linley and Nick Simpson initially as Branch Manager of the Horsforth branch I progressed over the years to become firstly Area Lettings Manager, and then latterly Head of Lettings.

      Emma Kerrywood, Senior Branch Manager
      I was born in Leicester and spent all of my childhood there before coming to Leeds aged 18 to visit a friend. I loved the city straight away and went into a letting agent to ask how much it would costs to rent a room in a shared house. They were also looking for staff so I got a room and a job at the same time and the rest is history! I worked there for a couple of years focussing on student rentals before joining Morgans in 1999 as a property manager. I worked in Headingley for a few months before moving into lettings in the city office and finding my passion for city living. It was amazing to watch the city grow and change over the years. I thoroughly enjoyed the 15 years that I also lived by the docks.In 2017 I joined Dacre, Son and Hartley as Head of Lettings and Property Management. It was a fantastic experience and great to get to know more of our beautiful county. However I couldn't resist the call of the city and I am delighted to join Linley and Simpson with Morgans as Senior Branch Manager. I love the pace and buzz of working in such a vibrant city.

      Nigel Lenton, Head of Sales
      I have been immersed in city living in Leeds for over 20 years, during which time I have seen a market place of less than 400 apartments grow to over 10,000 and I believe that the city still has a unique growth opportunity. During this time, I worked alongside Jonathan Morgan to build a business which is synonymous with city living in Leeds and managed the largest portfolio of apartments in the city centre. In July 2019, we sold our shares in the business to the Linley and Simpson Group where I am now Head of Sales for the Leeds city centre branch. I specialise in buy-to-let residential investment and have worked with many clients over a long period of time to build their portfolios, ensure that they are performing to their maximum potential and, ultimately, manage a successful exit. I have orchestrated and managed the structured disposal of a number of major schemes which has required that we maintain high rental occupancy and income and a robust maintenance procedure whilst ensuring that we achieve the best possible selling prices.
