Lixing was founded by Billy Sio, an experienced property consultant who's been advising investors in London for nearly ten years.

He's brokered over £250 million of property deals, and won the Top Sales Consultant Award at JLL in 2016 and 2017. He's also a member of NAEA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for estate agents.

Billy speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He was educated in China and Canada, and he's worked in the UK for over 10 years. He has a BA in Philosophy and History of Art from University College London. He loves meeting people from all over the globe, and has built an extensive network of investors across Europe and Asia.

Robert Ryan has spent over six years living and working in cities all across China, where he's grown an expansive network of professional links with mainland Chinese clients.

He's a long-time Sinophile who holds an MA in Sinology from the University of Würzburg in Germany, including an exchange semester at Peking University.

He's fluent in English, Mandarin and German, and he's a member of ARLA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for letting agents.

During his time in China, he worked as a translator for European companies bringing business into the country, as well as a number of customer service roles in Beijing, Xiamen, and Hangzhou.

Dennis Lam has over 6 years' experience in client relations, working across a number of high-profile tech companies in Hong Kong.

As well as being Lixing's resident tech wizard, he's also an award-winning salesperson, with an extensive track record of guiding his happy clients towards their goals.

Dennis is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and holds a Master's in Information Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a BA in International Hospitality from Northumbria University.

With ten years' experience in marketing and branding, Secrea Liu has an extensive background in connecting sellers with the right buyers.

Tatiana is a Senior Property Manager with more than 5 years' experience in the London property market, drawing on a historic portfolio that includes hundreds of properties across both the private and social housing sectors in London.

Vivien Yin brings a wealth of experience in marketing, creative branding, and communication to her role at Lixing, particularly enriching our strategies within the luxury residential property sector.

Through her evolution from a Marketing Intern to a Marketing Executive at R&F Properties UK, Vivien Yin gained insight into the marketing experience of UK developers. She has demonstrated exceptional ability in leading teams to amplify sales inquiries and elevate campaign effectiveness for various luxury residential projects.

Her proficiency in budget planning, business development, and timely project delivery not only boosts Lixing's marketing strategies but also ensures they are both resonant and impactful.Vivien also possesses extensive experience as a Social Media Content Creator in both Chinese and UK markets. Janice Ho brings over three years of experience in the UK financial sector, along with extensive work with various payment companies in Hong Kong. As an AAT Qualified Bookkeeper (AATQB) and a CIMA Management Accountant (CGMA), she has a strong grasp of financial systems and management accounting principles.

Her expertise in property financial management makes her exceptionally skilled in handling client accounting for estate and letting agencies. Janice ensures meticulous and efficient financial management for our clients.Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, Janice effectively communicates with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
