    Lixing was founded by Billy Sio, an experienced property consultant who's been advising investors in London for nearly ten years.

    He's brokered over £250 million of property deals, and won the Top Sales Consultant Award at JLL in 2016 and 2017. He's also a member of NAEA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for estate agents.

    Billy speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He was educated in China and Canada, and he's worked in the UK for over 10 years. He has a BA in Philosophy and History of Art from University College London. He loves meeting people from all over the globe, and has built an extensive network of investors across Europe and Asia.

    Robert Ryan has spent over six years living and working in cities all across China, where he's grown an expansive network of professional links with mainland Chinese clients.

    He's a long-time Sinophile who holds an MA in Sinology from the University of Würzburg in Germany, including an exchange semester at Peking University.

    He's fluent in English, Mandarin and German, and he's a member of ARLA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for letting agents.
