From the initial telephone contact on, the staff at Location Location couldn't have been more positive, keen and supportive. I dont live locally so Azhar and Vicky arranged everything that was needed to get my flat on the market. Everything moved quickly and smoothly and they took great care to liase with my tenant to minimise any inconvenience to her with regard to viewings etc. In order to establish the correct value of my property,an open day was held to canvas the response of prospective buyers and test the market,which proved an excellent way of deciding the best price. This contrasted hugely with the response of a rival agent who valued the property at least £40k to £50k less and whose manner was neither empathetic nor enthusiastic. I have just completed on the sale of my home and I could not be happier with the results. Out of ALL of the agents I met with at the start of the process, Vicky was by far the most enthusiastic and innovative of the bunch. She was the last agent I invited to value my home and boy did she impress us! Initially we were captivated by her Pre Market Launch idea and, despite being some what apprehensive, decided to go ahead as we had nothing to lose. She said from the start that she did not tie clients into a contract. We achieved 3 offers on the day and after a week on the open market - we had 7 interested buyers!! Needless to say we accepted an offer over the asking price. The sale went through so smoothly we were slightly concerned - something has got to go wrong? but it didn\'t. I would like to say that from the first time I called Location and spoke with Azhar, I knew that I had made the right choice from the list of five estate agents I had planed to call that day. The thing that impressed me the most was the level of communication; understanding our needs and concerns. The approach to achieve the right selling price, and to ensure that each potential purchaser was really in a position to buy. The most important aspect during the period of selling, was the care that they took towards my elderly mother when setting each appointment, and someone either Vicky or Azar assisted each viewing.
