Love Property began after founder Laura Howey’s own poor experience as a home seller — a time when bad advice nearly cost her tens of thousands of pounds. Soon after, she became a landlord and faced the same lack of support again. Those experiences sparked a simple mission: to build an agency that does things differently.

From day one, Love Property has been about people, not volume. We choose to work with a select number of sellers and landlords so we can give each client the time, honesty, and attention they deserve.

Today, we help clients across North Yorkshire, County Durham, Cumbria and Northumberland with sales, lettings, and full property management. Every listing is handled with care — clear strategy, personal communication, and calm expertise from start to finish.
