    Stuart Hext MRICs FAAV - Senior Director
    Stuart has been part of the management team of Luscombe Maye since 1997, and became Senior Director in 2009. Stuart is qualified as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and is a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers. Stuart is very interested in sport and would rather play it than watch it. Holidays with some kind of activity built in are of particular interest such as skiing or watersports.

    Tom Maynard MRICs FAAV - Director
    Tom graduated from the Royal Agricultural University with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Land Management and joined Luscombe Maye in September 2018. Tom is fully qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and is a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers. Tom is involved in a wide range of professional work including land and farm sales, basic payment scheme applications, landlord and tenant matters, professional valuations and compensation claims. Tom has a great interest in several sports, most notably: football, rugby and formula 1. Tom also enjoys spending time with his family and helping out on the family arable, beef and sheep farm.

    Emily Woodruff MRICs - Associate
    Emily joined Luscombe Maye in February 2022 and is a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. At Luscombe Maye, Emily is involved in a wide range of professional work including formal valuation, landlord and tenant matters, basic payment scheme applications, rural planning applications and compensation claims. Emily enjoys all things outdoor and has always been involved in rural matters one way or another.

    Andrea Hack - Senior Administrator
    Andrea has worked for Luscombe Maye as both sales negotiator and administrator since 2006. She has a wealth of knowledge brought with her due to working in Estate Agency for the past 20 years in both Canada and the UK. Andrea is now Senior Administrator for the Rural Professional Department in Kingsbridge and South Brent. Living in the South Hams, Andea loves being in easy reach of the moors and frequently visits at weekends with her family and walking her Westie.
