        One of the challenges I find with Estate Agents is the lack of contact when the property hasn't sold or has sold and is awaiting processing through the Lawyers. However with MHL I found them to be diligent in their contact with me and I received updates on at least a weekly basis. Kelly Aspey-Frost dealt with the frustrating aspects of the sale extremely well and reassured me on many occasions that all was proceeding. They have a fair and transparent charging structure which is extremely competitive in what can be a costly part of the sale. If I have a small criticism, it is that in the early days of the marketing of my property I spoke with numerous individuals who had little knowledge of the details other than what was on the notes, (although these did appear comprehensive and accurate) it would be better to have had one point of contact at the outset. Saying that, when the property was sold there was a point of contact which was Kelly, and this clearly helped with the complexities of the sale. When Kelly was away from the business she assigned another person to look after things Joyce, and again this was very reassuring. Don't get me wrong it is still a stressful time selling a home, however when you have a person such as Kelly who constantly reassures you and you develop a relationship of belief and trust, it makes the process less so. I would highly recommend you contact MHL to market your property and then help you work your way through the sale. Thank you.

My daughter likes her own privacy and be able to invite friends in for a girly evening and also she has the carers who come in every day to help her.Mhl sent me texts and emails and rang me on a regular basis all during this time. They were even apologetic that they didn't have a suitable property and did a mail shot in the area I was most interested in, but sadly to no avail but in October the perfect house came on the market. I viewed the same day and offered the asking price.I had kept an eye on the internet and my own bank regarding mortage deals but I decided to see the MHL mortage advisor who found me one that ideally suited my needs.Not being local I didn't know any solicitors and mine was a long way away so MHL helped me with this as well.The survey went well and I was on my way but I never realised how stressful the buying processcould be but MHL helped, advised and kept me up to date all the way through to completion.I completed in the half term holidays and the children love the new house and my daughter thinks her little flat is fantastic.I would recommend MHL to anyone, I think they are BRILLIANT!!!

        Me and my partner recently bought our first home together and MHL offered an excellent service. MHL offered to add our details on to their mailing list which we found very useful, they rang us with new properties which matched our requirements so we knew about them even before they were advertised on the internet!
