Not every property requires a bespoke concierge solution to sell and we appreciate that every customer is unique. Maybe seeking the best possible return on investment or a need for speed of sale or a delicate liaison following circumstances such as probate. That's why we customise every one of our plans to fit your needs exactly. Whether it's a small strategy such as testing interest through 'Off Market' networking or a comprehensive effort, we'll sit down with you, listen to your requests and prepare a customised plan.
Each Mallory Irvine | Property Consultant only looks after a maximum of 3 families at any given time. Making the families they represent their full time job. This ensures that the experience they receive is unrivalled and best in class. Should our criteria to serve you not be met or we have no current availability then we can place you on our waiting list and remain in constant contact until we can represent your interests. The waiting list is not on a first-come-first-served basis. Each family is chosen based on priority surrounding their circumstances to sell.
The criteria to represent is based on 5 fundamental agreements.
1. The Price Point has to be realistic.
2. The presentation has to be ready for market.
3. The motivation to sell has to be definite
4. We have to be inspired by the proposition.
5. The representative Agent has to get on well with the Sellers. Creating a great 'fit' between client and agent is paramount in order to get the best service and solutions.

As a complete concierge service which starts with consultation and continues through to organising removals and utility provider / council tax switch over.
The fee structure is usually covered by the return on investment (ROI) ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
