Jaime Wallden Senior Director

Jaime started in estate agency in 1988 and opened the Haywards Heath branch in 1992. Jaime carries out the majority of the valuations of the properties, produces the written wording for our sales particulars and narrates our YouTube videos. Many people tell us that our videos are the best & most informative versus any other agent - that's thanks to Jaime and his wealth of knowledge. He also advises on new home developments, on buy to let investments and is always happy to share advice for maximising the sale of your home.

James Lewis Branch Manager

James started his estate agency career in 2002, joining Mansell McTaggart in 2008. He manages the very busy office & carries out many valuations, getting a large majority of them on helped by his enthusiastic nature & experience as well knowing many people in the town. Karl previously worked for Barclays in the town & seems to know everyone having lived in the town since birth! Tom Cargan Land & New Homes

Tom has been in the town planning, land & new homes side of estate agency for over 30 years. Having previously worked for Braxtons, GA Property Services and was a founder partner of RPC Land & New Homes. Tom has been a major acquisition for us and teamed up with Mansell McTaggart in 2007 which has helped us raise our profile and become the areas main estate agents for many New Homes developments. His knowledge and experience is unchallenged locally, he knows who built what house and when and probably put the land deal together originally. His client base ranges from local people wanting to build their own home and small local builders to the huge national PLC developers. If you want to know what potential your land has then Tom should be your first port of call. He puts the land deals together and then liaises with all our offices to give developers the best re-sale service of any agent in the County.

Melanie Moloney Administrator

Melanie joined us in 2006 having been a PA with several companies in London. Her seamless efficiency & superb IT skills together with her keen knowledge of the industry enables her to deal with all the administrative duties. This includes creating all our brochures, consulting with new clients & maintaining the websites. She is also responsible for all compliance requirements making sure every property is ready for the market. Melanie is a very important cog in the machine, without which the office would not run as smoothly as it does!

Selina Bradbury Senior Negotiator & Marketing

Selina joined us in 2018 having previously worked in marketing within the High Street retail world. Her original position was to manage our social media channels, including our very busy YouTube channel. However she stared negotiating and now handles most of the offers we recieve, always working hard to achieve the best price for your property. Selina is probably the calmest member of our office when under pressure - a true asset to our team.

Dan, at just 19, started in the Lindfield office part time and excelled instantly with his friendly demeanour & great natural instinct for the job. He has now started at the Haywards Heath office full time & does the large majority of our viewings and helping with negotiations. He was born and raised in Haywards Heath having attended both Harlands Primary School & Warden Park Secondary. Dan has worked in many local companies within the town giving him extensive knowledge of the area. We are very lucky to have snatched him up.

Before joining Mansell McTaggart Jane had a career in the airline industry, has worked in local schools & was a long standing client of the company. Before joining us in Haywards Heath Jane was the manager of our busy Hassocks office & thought she might take retirement however Jaime had other ideas. Jane is on call for when the office is really busy which seems to be all the time & can cope with any situation thrown her way. She deals with many enquiries, viewings, offers & is often seen on open days.
