Very professional throughout & very friendly service

We were dreading the process of selling our house after over 30 years living there. However, we need not have worried as from start to finish, the staff at Marriotts smoothed a very difficult process - chasing buyers and solicitors so that we did not have to and keeping us informed every step of the way. A fantastic service by all at Marriotts.

Amazing photos and wording for the sale of the house from Mike how told us everything we wanted to know . Suzie for all the phone calls and the chasing up and letting me know what was going on. Tracey too the hard job for getting the solicitors going and some of the silly questions they want answers too answer. The phone are so much better Than an email. We would use Marriots again. This estate agency has been a real pleasure to work with. Selling a property during the pandemic with us being 500 miles away might not have been straightforward were it not for the staff at Marriotts. The team handled viewings brilliantly but the real benefit arose from the quality of communication at all stages of the sale combined with accurate, timely and relevant advice. All this was wrapped in a professional package which also managed to be friendly and reassuring during what could have been a stressful and confusing process.

All staff we met in person at viewings and spoke to on the phone were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They resolved all our queries and issues and made everything as smooth as possible in very difficult circumstances during lockdown. They acted as a great communicator between us and the vendor and resolved a few issues that were holding up the solicitors by having excellent knowledge and relationships with both vendor and buyer.

I can't think of anything negative in all aspects of their service provided to us in our purchase. We found Mike Collins very helpful and we are very grateful for his efforts
