    Landlord's fees

    Landlord's Lettings Fees:

    Full Management fee is 10%-15% of each month's rent by negotiation inclusive of tenancy preparation, collection of deposit and monthly rent, registration of deposit with The Deposit Protection Scheme and monthly invoices.

    Let only fee is £525 (no management service) including all marketing, referencing, preparation of the tenancy agreement and collection of deposit and first month's rent.

    Tenant's fees

    Tenants referencing fees, deposit and rent

    A £300 administration fee is required per property which includes all referencing and the tenancy agreement. This is non-refundable should an applicant not meet the referencing criteria or decides not to proceed with the tenancy.

    On the signing of the tenancy agreement one month's rent plus one and a half month's deposit is required in cleared funds. We are regrettably unable to accept personal cheques, credit or debit cards or cash. Bank transfer is preferred.

    A standing order will be set up for the monthly rent payments
