     The Gloucester Office is located at 11 Worcester Street which is just off Northgate in the heart of this wonderful city. We were established in 2004 and have been supplying our excellent lettings services to tenants and landlords in the following areas: Abbeymead, Abbeydale, Longlevens, Longford, Churchdown, Hucclecote, Quedgeley, Tuffley, Brockworth Barnwood, Tredworth - GL1 Area, Linden, and Hartpury.

    Our team

    The Gloucester business is owned by Peter & Rani Grieve who also own the highly successful Worcester business of Martin & Co. With nearly 50 years combined experience within the team in residential and commercial property management, our local knowledge is second to none and our team are all trained to a very high standard. We also work closely with the Cheltenham office and have a small office in Malvern.

    Peter Grieve - Director
    Peter is a director of numerous residential developments, he is a business property consultant and provides investment and acquisition advice to our investor landlords. Peter is deputy chairman of BII. His vast experience in commercial and residential property has helped establish Martin & Co as letting agent of choice.

    Rani Grieve - Director
    Rani launched the hugely successful and award winning Worcester Martin & Co Franchise in May 2008 with her husband Peter. The Gloucester franchise was added to the business in February 2010. Rani manages the admin team in both the Worcester & Gloucester offices, she is responsible for all lettings, property management and our multiple landlords. Rani takes great pride in the business consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

    Adam has more than 4 years experience in the property sector within a busy sales and lettings environment.
