From the first time of approaching Martin and Co Hinckley with regards renting out our house, they have been very understanding, helpful, organised and professional in their service. We had a few hiccups along the way as we were still living in the house and were waiting for the purchase of our new house to complete - which always takes longer than expected and there are always gliches to iron out. However, Martin and Co were accommodating and efficient, which meant that we were able to meet all the deadlines, move ourselves into the new house and prepare our previous house for rental in time for the tenants moving in. Martin and Co offered to take care of all the necessary checks - although some which we organised ourselves - and all the recommended companies - gas, electric, inventory, etc have been exceptional. Moving to Hinckley from South East London was a requirement for a new job as commuting would have been out of the question. Hinckley area was the best solution as it is just a 15 minutes drive to where I have started work. This was all rather short notice and travelling between SE London and Hinckley to sort out paper work would have been time consuming, costly and tiring. However, Martin & Co dealt with all the paper work electronically via e-mail, signed papers where scanned in and e-mailed back to them. Doing it this way allowed me to move into the flat within a week of viewing it.
