They never once let me down in the 5 years I used their service, the house was always let out to excellent tenants and all issues were resolved effectively. In October 2018 I decided I wanted to sell my property. I knew M+C had a sales department but had always associated them with rentals not sales but for ease of access for potential buyers I decided to keep it all in house despite my reservations. I'm really pleased I made that decision, over the first weekend of it being on the market they had a number of viewings that resulted in 3 offers and it was sold subject to contract shortly after with comlpletion in February 2019, 4 months - job done.
