From our first contact we had full confidence that they would look after our sale expertly. They immediately got potential buyers through the door and within a fortnight our house was sold at a price above our expectations. They looked after us throughout the move, negotiating with people at either end to ensure things went as smoothly as possible and keeping us informed on progress. Even working out of hours. We dealt predominantly with Russell, who was absolutely brilliant. When there were hold ups (nothing to do with the agency), he was proactive, and worked in a swift fashion to achieve resolution. The communication was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Questions were welcomed, and he clearly has a sound knowledge of the industry. When it's time to sell, we'll be back!
