Considering selling a property?

    There are a few simple steps to getting your property to market

    If you are considering selling your property give us a call or email to book your free market appraisal. Once we have visited and you have decided to market your home with Mayer Estate Agents we will need to take photographs and take measurements to create your floorplan which prospective buyers love.

    We will then compile your brochure and visit for you to approve and discuss how to best set your property for viewings to achieve the optimum value.

    Your property will require having an EPC in place which we can organise for you with ease.

    Your home will then be ready for the exciting launch onto the market.

    We will then commence our marketing and match suitable buyers with your home and always accompany viewings we will never expect you to carry out your own viewings its awkward for both you and the prospective buyer and that's what you pay us for.

    Once the viewing has finished you will get the initial feedback and hopefully an offer that is acceptable to you.

    We will then take you through the whole process updating you regularly of the progress of your sale to its final completion.
