The customer service & professionalism you demonstrated really made what could have been an extremely stressful time, go exceptionally smoothly ensuring regular contact and communication with us. It was so refreshing to see an agent who really cared and was passionate about helping our move come together. As you know I initially marketed my property with another high street agent who valued it at £275,000. I assumed being local agents they would know the market and therefore trusted their guidance. When we had 10 viewings in the space of 24 hrs and 2 full asking price offers, I did question the valuation and if perhaps they had undervalued the property. 'Luckily' the house we had offered on had fallen through and therefore we were in no rush to accept any offers. As you know shortly after this we found 'the house of our dreams' through yourselves and decided to get a second opinion on the valuation before accepting any offers elsewhere. Matt came to the house and didn't hesitate to suggest he felt we could achieve in the region of £300k for our house. I cannot thankyou enough for making me take the risk on the market.
