    Having put everything into opening our first office on Sandbanks Road in Lilliput we have grown with the local community. Once Lilliput was up and running we opened our Westbourne office, occupying another prime position on the high street perfectly placing us to service the wonderful coastline and BH postcode.

    Elliott Pollard - Managing Partner

    Originally from London, Elliott moved to Somerset and then to Bournemouth in his early teens, where he attended Canford School in Wimborne. Since then he has accrued 30 years of local estate agency experience and founded Mays with Vanessa over 25 years ago. Elliott has a real passion for estate agency and is actively involved on a day to day basis. He is a strong believer in honesty and integrity. His sales ability and experience has led him to consult successfully for many developers and builders, both local and national, and he is often asked to give his judgment about the viability of development sites. Elliott is a keen sportsman and plays squash, tennis and golf as often as possible, juggling these alongside family life with Vanessa and their young son.

    Vanessa Clements - Partner
    Vanessa has lived locally all her life and was educated at St. Mary's Gate School for Girls in Southbourne. Vanessa has 30 years' worth of estate agency experience, having begun by working for Black Horse Agencies and then managing an office for Alliance and Leicester. After a brief spell in marketing at McCarthy & Stone, the UK's leading developer of retirement homes and apartments, she helped Elliott found Mays over 25 years ago. Vanessa, whose love for property is infectious, strives to give each client a high level of customer service through her advice and personal attention. Vanessa loves to travel to warmer climes with her family. She enjoys Pilates and long walks on the beach.

    Lee Gladdis - Senior Associate
    Having worked in the property sector for 25 years, Lee has experience of a wide range of locations, properties and individual buying and selling scenarios. He established himself initially in the London and Home Counties marketplace and previously owned a successful estate agency in Hertfordshire before moving with his family to Dorset in 2009. Lee has a good all round business sense, including strong marketing, negotiation and presentation skills. He puts his success and longevity in the industry down to having a professional and mindful attitude, coupled with an ethical approach based on trust and honesty. Lee embraces living a life in Dorset with his wife and children, making the most of the beach and countryside that surround this beautiful area.

    Born and raised in Christchurch, Jonathan graduated from The Arts University College Bournemouth in 2012 with a degree in graphic design. Upon graduating, Jonathan moved to London and worked in media before moving into management within the hospitality sector. Jonathan's exceptional customer service ethos lead him to estate agency as a career path and found a local independent agent in Bournemouth to ignite his commitment and passion for the industry. Through determination and consistent unwavering effort, Jonathan quickly became the top salesperson in Bournemouth and established himself as a key contact for all matters relating to property.
