    Having put everything into opening our first office on Sandbanks Road in Lilliput we have grown with the local community. Once Lilliput was up and running we opened our Westbourne office, occupying another prime position on the high street perfectly placing us to service the wonderful coastline and BH postcode.

    Elliott Pollard - Managing Partner

    Originally from London, Elliott moved to Somerset and then to Bournemouth in his early teens, where he attended Canford School in Wimborne. Since then he has accrued 30 years of local estate agency experience and founded Mays with Vanessa over 25 years ago. Elliott has a real passion for estate agency and is actively involved on a day to day basis. He is a strong believer in honesty and integrity. His sales ability and experience has led him to consult successfully for many developers and builders, both local and national, and he is often asked to give his judgment about the viability of development sites. Elliott is a keen sportsman and plays squash, tennis and golf as often as possible, juggling these alongside family life with Vanessa and their young son.

    Vanessa has lived locally all her life and was educated at St. Mary's Gate School for Girls in Southbourne. Vanessa has 30 years' worth of estate agency experience, having begun by working for Black Horse Agencies and then managing an office for Alliance and Leicester. After a brief spell in marketing at McCarthy & Stone, the UK's leading developer of retirement homes and apartments, she helped Elliott found Mays over 25 years ago. Vanessa, whose love for property is infectious, strives to give each client a high level of customer service through her advice and personal attention. Vanessa loves to travel to warmer climes with her family. She enjoys Pilates and long walks on the beach.

    James has been a highly successful estate agent within the Hampshire/Dorset area for over 30 years. He is known and respected throughout the local area, combining both his vast experience along with his tenacity, to ensure that every clients' move takes place as smoothly as possible. James feels that communication during the sales process is of paramount importance too, as is making sure that all clients are fully up to speed with the progress of their move. James lives in Corfe Mullen near Wimborne with his partner and their children.
