At the start of the process our sales team will provide regular contact giving general advice on matters such as viewer feedback and on-going marketing strategy. Upon agreement of the tenancy, we will prepare the Tenancy Agreement and also establish references from your tenant prior to letting of the property. Once the property is let our Lettings Administration office will co-ordinate and liaise with contractors regarding repairs and also be responsible for the monthly payments of rents received and on-going inspections for your property.
