When you are either selling or buying your home, you want to deal with someone who will push for the same things you want. For us, Becky brought a much needed wake up call to the professionals dealing with the chain - a refreshingly welcome approach, I must say. We were given almost daily updates, told where the hold ups were and what she had done about it. It is how house selling/buying should be - more informed, quicker and with no fee-justifying delays.
