    Michael Anthony Lettings have been established in Milton Keynes since 1999. With a team of long standing and knowledgeable staff, you can be sure that you are in safe hands whether you are a tenant or a landlord.

    We are members of The Property Ombudsman, Property Mark, NAEA and the TDS. We offer different services to suit the needs of our landlords, and have had many returning clients over the years.

    We are a part of the National Federation of Property Professionals Client Money Protection Scheme and are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme and follow their code of practice.

    We understand the importance of finding the right home for you, so we are here to advise and guide you through every step of the process. Whether it is your first time renting your own property or you are re-locating to the area due to work, Michael Anthony have many years experience and knowledge in the Milton Keynes area so you can trust us to find you the right property suited to your needs.

    We use Goodlord to do our referencing checks. They are one of the market leaders in their field and can provide us and yourself with updates on your application process, ensuring you understand exactly what is needed to speed things up. 

    We are members of the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) so you can be confident that your deposit is registered, protected and held in a secure client account throughout the entire term of your tenancy. The amount we take for a deposit is equivalent to five weeks of rent.

    We use an independent inventory clerk to conduct our check in's and check outs to make sure the report is accurate and fair. The tenancy agreement is signed by yourself and the landlord, and it is important you read this before signing so you understand exactly what is expected of you as a tenant, and what your landlords obligations are. The minimum contract length is six months, and a renewal term can be negotiated afterwards providing both you and the landlord are happy to do so.

  • Introduction

    There are currently five members of Michael Anthony Lettings who are based in Milton Keynes. With 50+ years of combined knowledge and experience, you can be sure to be in safe hands.
    From the Area Lettings Manager to the admin and accounts team, we all have an understanding of each individual property and have daily morning meetings to ensure we are all up to date on any relevant situations, whether that be a maintenance issue or a new property coming on to the market with us. 

    We strive to build a rapport with our clients which has resulted in us being Milton Keynes' longest established independent agent and your local property expert.

    It all began for Michael Anthony Milton Keynes back in 1991 when Gerry founded lettings here. He has seen the many legislative changes that have been enforced over the years, so he is well positioned to advise on all things within the industry.

    Anthony has lived in Milton Keynes his whole life, so has grown up with the development of the area. He has 19 years experience with Michael Anthony, previously working in retail before joining the team. He has a great technical understanding and loves learning new things, so he is always on hand to learn new systems and develop new skills.

    Iwona is originally from Poland and joined the team in early 2013. Now established in Milton Keynes with her family, she has proven to be a fantastic asset to Michael Anthony Lettings.
