For both the sale of my flat and purchase of new house, both Ben and James could not do enough to help! Ben kicked off the process before moving off and it was an absolute seamless handover to James. Whenever you called the Michael Hardy office everyone in office knew of background and did their best to help. Even near the end when times were getting stressful James remained calm and collected and always professional and did everything he could to help. Unlike other agents i have met Michael Hardy actually want the best for their customers and are not at all pushy when it comes to decision making. Fees were slightly higher than others i was quoted but i knew i could trust Michael Hardy as they are a lot smaller team than some of the other agents who are just driven by their own targets and not customer satisfaction! The guys at Michael Hardy took time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and alerted me about this house as soon as it became available. They didn't bombard me with information on other, inappropriate, properties (unlike some less scrupulous agents in the area). They were very efficient and friendly without being at all pushy.
