    James began his career in the industry in 1992 with the corporate agent GA Property Services. 
    After 10 years James moved into independent agency and is now responsible for the successful Findon branch. 

    James is a family man with two sons schooled locally and is an avid Brighton & Hove Albion football supporter. His spare time is generally spent travelling around Sussex attending youth football matches or forever cleaning those muddy boots!

    Rachel Goff, Negotiator
    Rachel has worked with the team for more than fifteen years and is based at the Findon Valley Branch.She has vast experience of valuing and selling numerous homes in Findon valley, Findon Village, High Salvington and the surrounding area. 

    She prides herself on excellent customer care which shines through on the many homes she re-sells for previous clients.

    Rachel lives locally herself and her son attends the nearby school at the Vale. She is also active in the local community particularly at Christmas time, for the late night shopping event, where funds are raised for Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice. Rachel can sometimes be spotted running locally, if not, walking with her slightly mad dog called Scooby!

    Mark lives locally in Shoreham and is married, and he's very proud of his two grown up daughters, and especially his grandson. His interests include football, cars and keeping fit in the local gym.

    Bev has worked in estate agency for seven years, five of these for Michael Jones and Co. Bev has good knowledge of the industry and brings her excellent customer service skills to this role. 
    During her time at Michael Jones Bev has also been seconded to the Commercial Department and more recently lettings accounts, therefore, having added many strings to her bow!

    Bev has lead a very varied life, having spent 10 years living in Australia. More recently she sang in a popular local rock band and even owned and rode her own Harley Davidson! She now lives in Findon Valley with her partner, two children and her dog and cat.
