    Jas Dhoofer, Residential Sales Manager
    Jas joined Monarch as Residential Sales Manager and brings a wealth of experience of the residential sales market with him. With over 10 years of experience, starting as a Junior Negotiator, working his way up to Sales Manager, having worked for some of the largest estate agencies in the UK. Jas has a vast knowledge of the West and South West London market, ranging from residential sales, buy to lets, investments, appraisals, new builds. He has worked with some of London's largest developers and advised overseas clients on the London market.

    In his spare time Jas enjoys to spending his time mainly involving sport, especially football. He's a season ticket holder of Tottenham Hotspur. He also enjoys to play football in his spare time. He also enjoys attending other supporting events as boxing, darts, cricket.

    Harry Sohal, Managing Partner
    Harry joined Dubai Property Investments, part of the Monarch Group of companies, in 2004. He was appointed as Sales adviser and carried a large number of sales and lettings for properties in Dubai. In 2006, Harry also became involved in Monarch Commercial as a junior property consultant. He joined on a full time basis after successfully completing a BA(Hons) in Business with Property and a MSc in Real Estate Development, from the University of Westminster.

    Since joining Monarch, Harry has gained an extensive range of experience in commercial property, having been involved in countless acquisitions, disposals, lettings, management work, development work, investments transactions and site assemblies. Harry has represented a number of well-known brands on lettings such as, The Money Shop, The Gym Group, Royal Foods, Betfred, Paddy Power, Punjab National Bank and Habib Bank AG Zurich to name a few. He also advises a number of Private UK Landlords and Family Offices representing interests in the Middle East, India and the Far East for their acquisitions, disposals, developments and planning. 

    As well has running the day to day business activity and development of Monarch Commercial, Harry set up the Residential arm of the business, Monarch Residential, which focuses on lettings, management and sales of residential dwellings. One particular building that Harry looks after consists of 149 apartments. Harry is in the process of completing his APC in Commercial Property to become a chartered member of the RICS.

    Away from Monarch, Harry is a family man, a big Manchester United fan, Cricket lover (playing and watching), and travels regularly. He likes to keep fit in the gym 3-4 times a week, and does so because he's also a massive foodie!

    Sandeep Lota, Office Manager / Property Manager
    Sandeep joined the firm in February 2016, where she currently supports the business with a wide range of administrative, organisational, communication and information management activities.

    Sandeep graduated from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology with a BSc (Hon) in Business Information & Technology. Her role is office manager and she is responsible for the smooth running of the office. She is also responsible for handling commercial and residential enquiries. In addition to this role, she has taken on managing a number of residential properties handled by Monarch Residential. 

    Sandeep is an active person, and her interests include reading, sports, fitness, music, baking and travelling. She is fluent in Punjabi, Swahili and Hindi.

      Raj has gained over 20 years of experience within the industry working as an Estate Agent and has a vast knowledge of the local market. Overseeing our busy lettings department, he is very enthusiastic in his approach.       Jora is Monarch's newest addition to the team having joined in February 2018. He has a range of experience in commercial property from his previous employment, where he handled a number of enquiries and dealt with site finding and analytic work.
